How to Deal With Unwanted Forehead Sweat

You will have had it on your skin for about eight hours and this should be enough to help.

Some natural remedies that can help control sweating in general are Nat Mur, Lupulus, Castoreum, and Argentum Nitricum. These are natural remedies that are aimed at controlling the amount of perspiration produced. Some of these work by having a calming effect on the person which can reduce anxiety and therefore reduce sweating. When it can be determined that the sweating is being produced because of an emotional condition, you may want to try counseling to help you control the emotional onset of these episodes.

Be sure to keep your hair off your forehead. Do not wear makeup if you have this problem, as it may make it worse.
